Helping out with a previous topic, reminded me of this one... I think it will be useful for all.

Answer:

You can create a new folder for new orthophotos by using the function "Add folder", hover over the word "orthos" in the project tree. It is always possible to switch back to the original folder by using the same functionality.

Great contribution! I will add this also applies to the mosaic folder, you can have several irritations without overwriting your original folder.
