SimActive Inc. (“SimActive”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how SimActive handles information related to Correlator3D, Google and Microsoft email integrations, and SimActive community forum services.

Google Account and Gmail Access

Correlator3D may request access to a user's Google account through Google's OAuth authentication system to allow the user to send emails directly from the application using their own Gmail account.

Correlator3D may access the following Google user data:

• Basic Google account profile information, such as the user's email address and profile identity
• Permission to send email messages on behalf of the authenticated user using the Gmail API

Correlator3D uses Google user data solely to:

• Authenticate the user
• Send user-initiated email messages through Gmail functionality integrated into Correlator3D
• Maintain authorized communication between Correlator3D and Google APIs

Correlator3D does not use Google user data for advertising, marketing, analytics unrelated to the email feature, user profiling, or artificial intelligence model training.

Google OAuth Tokens

Google OAuth access tokens and refresh tokens may be stored locally on the user's computer to maintain authenticated sessions and avoid repeated login prompts.

These tokens are used only to authenticate the user and perform actions explicitly authorized by the user, such as sending email messages through Gmail.

SimActive does not sell, rent, transfer, or share Google OAuth tokens with third parties.

Google User Data Sharing

SimActive does not sell, rent, transfer, or share Google user data with third parties except when necessary to provide the user-requested functionality or when required by law.

Google user data is not used to serve advertisements, build advertising profiles, retarget users, or train artificial intelligence models.

Correlator3D's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Microsoft Account and Email Access

Correlator3D may also allow users to authenticate with a Microsoft account and send emails through Microsoft services when configured by the user.

Microsoft account access is used only to authenticate the user and send user-initiated email notifications through Correlator3D.

Community Forum Services

SimActive community services may allow users to create forum accounts, publish messages, and participate in technical discussions.

When using the SimActive community forum, the following information may be stored:

• Account information such as username and email address
• Forum posts and uploaded content
• IP addresses and session logs used for security, abuse prevention, and moderation purposes
• Cookies required for authentication, session management, security, and forum functionality

Public forum posts may remain publicly visible unless removed by the user or administrators.

Data Security

SimActive takes reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect user information against unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse.

Revoking Google Access

Users may revoke Correlator3D access to their Google account at any time through their Google account permissions page:
