Color balancing issue

I have generated a mosaic, but the color balancing doesn't seem optimal? What could be the reason?

Good question, mirror surfaces (e.g. waterbodies) may affect color balancing because of their widely varying appearance from one viewpoint to another. You should remove these by using an exclusion zone or disable the corresponding orthos from the project before starting the mosaic process.
