Is it possible to have multiple image groups when using the ConvertEO tool to create a IEO file?

ConvertEO.exe has parameters /i for the eo parameters file and /c for the camera and /f for the images. But if I have multiple EO files for different cameras and the images are in different folders, there doesn't seem to be an obvious way of doing this.

I can of course just have them in a single group but then I cant process any multi-camera missions.
