Quick update: Started by the "smaller" 19K image project, I imported all images and completed our AT - very good results here. I disabled images to process the DEM in sections, my first section of 6K images completed, looks good, some minor edits over water. I am currently running another batch of 5K... I'll keep you posted once my DEMs are complete.

Thanks for the update Miguel. The approach of processing the DEM in sections is quite good, it provides the ability to QA/QC each section. As a final reminder, you can merge all the DEM sections in Correaltor3D by navigating to: Processes>DEM Merging.
