I am discussing with our IT team the installation of C3D, does anyone know the fixed IP address and ports we need to open?

Hello Brodie,

I would happy to assist. The fixed IP address for updatec3d.simactive.com is 24.37.8.50. In regards to the ports, please allow the following: Port 6662 used by Correlator3D.exe, Port 41832 outbound (TCP and UDP) is used by C3DNetDiscovery.exe and finally, make sure that port 1947 is open.
